Items will be withdrawn in the case of copyright or privacy violation, plagiarism, or other legal requirements and proven violations.

Decommissioning User Accounts

Faculty and staff accounts will be removed from this platform when they are no longer affiliated with MacEwan University. Student accounts will be removed from this platform at the completion of a student project. Any completed projects by these users will remain available on this platform for the life of this service.

MacEwan University Library reserves the right to remove any user accounts and delete any incomplete projects associated with these accounts after a period of one year following the project’s anticipated completion date.

Termination of Service

In the event of a decision to discontinue hosting a digital exhibit project by either the project lead or MacEwan University Library, written notice must be provided to the other party at least three months prior.
